The Public
Library VirTual Tour begins at
Fair Haven, Vermont, close to the New York border. It travels from
southwestern to northeastern Vermont, then circles around New Hampshire from its
southwestern edge, to the north, then south and to the east. Maine is
traversed generally from north to south. Then we enter Massachusetts and
move through the Bay State from the northeast to the southwest, including a
little trek on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The last stops are in
Connecticut, which begin in the north and go south and then west, ending in
South Norwalk, close
again to the New York border. (Rhode Island, sorry to say, has no public
libraries that are Carnegie
libraries.)

The Academic

Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. From there, it runs through
New Hampshire, central Maine, Massachusetts (from east to west), and south
to Providence, Rhode Island. It ends at Brown University.
